The short version
Mirthsy sets no advertising cookies, no analytics cookies and no third-party cookies of any kind. The site works without an account and never profiles its visitors.
What we actually store
We use your browser’s local storage — a small key-value store that never leaves your device — for exactly two entries: one remembering that you have answered the cookie notice, and one remembering that you confirmed you are 18 or older. Both are strictly necessary for the site to respect your earlier choices.
What we never do
No tracking pixels, no fingerprinting, no advertising identifiers, no cross-site anything. Game scores are fictional, live only in the page you have open, and are discarded when you close it.
Third parties
The footer links to Canadian support organisations such as the Responsible Gambling Council, ConnexOntario and Gambling Therapy. Those are ordinary outbound links; visiting them is governed by their own policies, and they set nothing on mirthsy.com.
Managing or clearing storage
Your browser’s settings let you inspect or clear local storage for mirthsy.com at any time (usually under Privacy or Site data). Clearing it simply means the age check and cookie notice will appear again on your next visit.
Changes to this policy
If we ever add a storage key, we will describe it here first and update the date at the top of this page before it goes live.
